Shipping/Delivery Timing
Our warehouse is located in North Carolina. We ship orders between 8am and 3pm (EST) Monday through Friday. All orders are shipped within 2 business days unless otherwise noted. Orders placed before 12:00pm EST usually ship out the same business day.
Orders are not shipped or delivered on Saturday, Sunday, or on major holidays.
Year End Employee Break Notice - Polarmax goes on break for a few days at the beginning of the year. Our 2027 break dates are not set. Orders will not be shipped during this time.
Flat rate and free shipping: Delivery days are estimates based on your shipping address.
Shipping Locations
Please use a street address whenever possible. PO Boxes are not supported. Military (APO/FPO/DPO) addresses are accepted.
Polarmax only ships within the United States of America.
Shipping Charges
United States Shipping Charges are as follows and are based on product totals:
- Carrier charges for orders $99.99 and below.
- Free shipping on orders over 99.99
- Free Shipping is available on Standard and Ground shipments only and may not be available on shipments to AK/HI/PR.
When you check out, you can view the shipping and handling charges for your order. The state that you are shipping to may require tax to be applied to shipping and handling charges.
