Refund policy
How do I start a return?
- Click on the account icon at the top of the page.
- Enter the email that you used to place your order.
- Select the order and products that you want to return, select a return reason and add any notes.
- Click on Request Return.
- We'll get back to you with your free return label promptly. We typically process refund requests M-F 9a-4p EST.
- As part of the return process, you will need to pack the return for shipping, print a label and drop off the package with the shipping carrier.
How do I exchange an item?
- We are unable to process exchanges at this time.
- Please return the item and place a new order for the replacement product.
What items are returnable?
- You can return your items within 60 days of receipt of your shipment.
- They must be in original condition, unwashed and unworn.
- Worn garments are not refunded. Please contact us prior to returning items that are defective.
- Products should be in the original packaging with hangtags attached.
- Items marked as final sale cannot be returned.
Are there any charges for return?
- There are no restocking charges for return.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
- Return shipping is not refunded if you choose not to use our free return label.
How soon will I get my refund?
- Once your return is received and inspected a credit will automatically be applied original method of payment, within 10 working days.
What if the product is damaged?
- Worn garments are not refunded. Please contact us prior to returning items that are defective.
